Altaira Personal Care Workers have an exciting opportunity to be rewarded for your hard work! From now until the end of March 2026, every shift you pick up automatically puts you in the running to win a $500 Visa Gift Card. If you’re the lucky winner, you’ll receive the $500 voucher on top of your usual wages, giving you an extra boost simply for doing what you do best—showing up and providing exceptional care. It’s our way of saying thank you for your ongoing commitment and dedication to the people you support.

*Terms and Conditions:

– You must pick up at least 1 shift with Altaira from 12-31 March 2026. The more shifts you pick up, the more chance you have of winning!

– Winner will be drawn on 1st April 2026 and notified within 5 business days. The winner will be send an electronic gift card via email.

– Participants consent to the use of their name and testimonial for marketing purposes, unless they opt out.

– Open to all new and existing Personal Care Workers employed on a casual role with Altaira during the promotion period. Participants must be compliant with all Altaira policies.

– Altaira reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions. Altaira accepts no responsibility for tax implications that may arise from the prize. Independent financial advice should be sought. If the winner cannot collect the vehicle during the designated dates or declines participation in promotional activities, the prize may be forfeited and a new winner drawn.

– All workplace laws, including WHS and anti-discrimination requirements, continue to apply, and participation must not involve unsafe work or unreasonable hours. Altaira will not be liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury suffered as a result of the winner accepting the prize, except as required by law. Altaira reserves the right to change the terms of this promotion at any time.
