Bradley joined the Allocations team at Altaira in January 2023, where he excelled in his ability to roster and meet our diverse client demands. Now Senior Allocations Administrator, Bradley’s role has substantially expanded involving supporting our Allocations Manager Jayde and our corresponding departments along with daily supervising and supporting the dynamic Allocations team. He brings a wealth of knowledge and drive for delivering quality service while focusing on positive staff development and training across all our teams. His ability to utilise latest technology in order to streamline processes and workflows has provided Altaira with a cutting-edge service delivery across the sector.

When did you commence at Altaira?
My journey with Altaira began in early 2023 when I started as an Allocation’s Administrator. With the training and support I received from Altaira, I quickly developed my career in management. It’s inspiring and motivating to see a clear career path laid out for me.
What are your goals at Altaira?
I aim to complete further studies in leadership and management and continue to apply the skills I’ve learned to grow with the business.
What are your reasons for joining Altaira?
I made a significant career change when I joined Altaira. Previously working in IT, I felt burnt out and sought a new direction. Inspired by my family, who all work in aged care, I decided to follow in their footsteps. I saw the job advertisement on Seek and applied, marking the beginning of my rewarding journey with Altaira.
Why should others choose Altaira?
I believe Altaira is the most supportive workplace I’ve ever encountered. The mentoring I receive from other leaders in the organisation has been invaluable. Our management team genuinely aims to help develop people based on our strengths and skillsets. They have a knack for identifying individual strengths and know how to evolve roles to foster personal and professional growth.
What is your favourite aspect of working with Altaira?
My favourite part of my job is working with my team, a beautiful group of people. I enjoy the problem-solving aspects of my role and the need to think on my feet, which keeps my work dynamic and engaging. My journey at Altaira showcases the potential for growth and development within the company, highlighting the supportive and nurturing environment that Altaira offers its employees.
What do you like to do when not working?
Outside of work, I love watching movies and attending special events.
