The Altaira team have been trained to understand that all our clients have different needs, and it’s our passion to meet their needs. That is why it’s vital for us to be committed to our staff’s Continual Professional Development and ensure that the training they are receiving aligns with industry regulations and our client’s requirements.
One of the ways we measure success is by sitting in on our client’s team meetings as observers, which gives us the opportunity to determine whether our staff are well-trained and we can gain insight about any issues or challenges that our clients may be experiencing. If we learn there are staff that are lacking in a certain skill, or there is a skill-set that the client suddenly requires, we can ensure our own staff are training properly. This strategy has improved productivity as it allows us to only provide staff that we know have the skills or certifications needed and can be an asset to the client’s facility. However it also ensures that we are empowering and encouraging our staff to increase their skills, knowledge and experience, which in turn will assist in their career development and employment opportunities.
