Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period

• The promotion opens at 12:00am (AEST) on 16 April 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on 21 May 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian Aged Care Providers operating residential or community aged care facilities excluding those located in Queensland.
• Entries must be submitted by an authorised representative of the Aged Care Provider who is 18 years or older.
• Employees (and their immediate families) of Altaira and any agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
• Altaira reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants, including proof of authority to enter on behalf of the organisation.

3. How to Enter

• Eligible entrants must complete the entry form during the Promotion Period via: https://www.altaira.com.au/connect-withus/
• Limit of one (1) entry per Aged Care Provider for the duration of the Promotion Period.
• Incomplete, incorrect, or late entries may be deemed invalid at the promoter’s discretion.

4. Prizes

Three (3) winners will receive credit to be applied toward Altaira staffing services:

• 1st Prize: $10,000 credit
• 2nd Prize: $5,000 credit
• 3rd Prize: $2,500 credit

5. Prize Conditions

• Credit is applied toward rates calculated using ad hoc casual pricing.
• Credits may be used exclusively for Altaira Registered Nurses, Personal Carers, Allied Health, Domestic, and Hospitality staff.
• Credits are valid for use at aged care sites located in VIC, SA, NSW, and NT only.
• Credits are valid for use by both existing and new Altaira clients.
• Credits must be redeemed by 30 October 2026. Any unused portion will be forfeited.
• Credits may be used across multiple bookings until exhausted and are subject to staff availability and standard Altaira booking terms.
• Credits are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for other goods or services.
• Credits cannot be used in conjunction with other Altaira promotions or discounts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  

6. Draw Details

• The prize draw will take place after 21 May 2026.
• Winners will be selected at random.
• Winners will be notified by phone and email before 31 May 2026.
• If a winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, Altaira reserves the right to redraw the prize.

7. Privacy

• Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be handled in accordance with Altaira’s Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.altaira.com.au/privacy-statement/
• Information will be used for the administration of the promotion and promotional communications from Altaira. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

8. General Conditions

• Altaira reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion or amend these Terms & Conditions if required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• Altaira’s decision in relation to all aspects of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• To the extent permitted by law, Altaira is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any participant arising from or in connection with this promotion.
• Participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the promoter from any claims arising out of participation in the promotion or acceptance and use of the prize.
